Booking Policies

Credit Card Required

We require a valid credit card to book all services. All card information is stored within the encrypted, secure Booksy or Square payment processing system. Once entered, card information is not visible to any party except the processor. Aside from specific services that require a deposit, nothing will be charged upon booking and a different card may be used to pay for services when they are rendered.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. No fee will be charged if you have to make a same-day reschedule due to tardiness.

Parental Consent

We recommend our services be rendered on adults 18 years or older. If you are a parent and your child is over 16, you may be required to accompany your child and/or provide written consent. We do not perform Brazilian or bikini waxes on minors regardless of parental consent.

Product Policies

Exchange Only

All product purchases are exchange only within 30-days of purchase. Your esthetician will make educated recommendations on product choices to suit your skin needs which is why most of our products are not available for sale online.
